g) normal battery performance depreciation,
unless battery failure has occurred due to a
defect in materials or workmanship;
h) devices containing fully or partially non
genuine parts;
i ) loss or theft of the product or its parts.

It is recommended to have a proof of purchase
when making a warranty claim.

Under no circumstances is the company liable
for any personal or third-party claims for
damages related to the use of the product
besides the ones mentioned in this document.
This limitation does not apply for cases where
the company is liable towards you under law.
The rights conveyed under this warranty are in
addition and without prejudice to all rights and
remedies provided by consumer protection laws in
the country of purchase, which includes rights in
case of liability due to material defects of goods.
In EU member states buyers are entitled by law to
rights in case of liability due to material defects of
goods and remedies from the seller free of charge,
at least two years, in respect to any defect
existing at the time of delivery.
