Remove screws

. Take off oil filter cover

with the O-
ring.
–
Pull oil filter

out of the oil filter housing.
– Allow the engine oil to drain completely.
– Thoroughly clean the parts and the sealing surface.

Insert new oil filter

Oil the O-ring of the oil filter cover. Mount oil filter cover

– Mount and tighten the screws.
Guideline
Screw, oil filter cover M6 10 Nm (7.4 lbf ft)
Info
Too little engine oil or poor-quality engine oil will result
in premature wear of the engine.
