Diagnostic Aids
This procedure is intended to diagnose a vehicle
operating on Gasoline. If the vehicle will not continue to
run on Gasoline, refer to Hard Start for preliminary
checks. Before proceeding with this procedure, verify
that the vehicle has a sufficient quantity of fuel.
Tools Required:
Diagnostic Scan Tool
• EControls GCP Display SW tool.
• To reduce the risk of fire or personal injury that
may result form fuel spray on the engine, make
sure fuel rails is positioned over injector port and
injector retaining clips are intact.
