Use only for filling fresh pasta dough. Do not pass other items to prevent damage.
Ensure pasta machine is fixed, crank is inserted, and attachment is correctly mounted.
The ravioli attachment is not designed for use with the motor.
Prepare elastic dough, roll to position 3, ensure width and non-sticky texture.
Lightly flour dough, fold once, align edges, and cut a straight end.
Evenly place filling in funnel, turn crank slowly to form ravioli.
Ensure funnel is empty before dough sheet fully passes. Remove excess filling gently.
Cook ravioli in boiling salted water until al dente. Cooking time varies by dough thickness and drying.
Do not immerse attachment in liquids or clean in dishwasher.
