If the value indicated in Fig. 111 is obtained, insert the sealing cover. If this value is not
obtained, steps (5) to (11) are to be carried out.
(5) Slacken the tensioning screw (Fig. 109/1).
(6) Slacken the four Allen screws (3) until motor unit A4 (2) can be shifted without play.
(7) Carefully tighten the tensioning screw (1) and measure the toothed belt tension again.
(8) Repeat the process until the required frequency is obtained.
(9) Tighten four Allen screws (3) with a torque wrench in diagonally opposite sequence, in-
creasing tightening torque to the specified value in several stages (M
A
= 5.6 Nm).
(10) Measure the toothed belt tension again as described in steps 2 to 4.
(11) Repeat the measuring and adjustment procedure if necessary until the value in Fig. 111
is obtained.
(12) Insert the sealing cover (Fig. 109/4).
