In Windows 8.1
1 In Windows 8.1, select [Settings] in charms on Desktop, and select [Control Panel],
[System and Security], and then [Windows Firewall].
If the User Account Control dialog box appears, click the [Continue] button.
2 Configure the settings.
In Windows 7
1 In Windows 7, from [Start] button on the Windows, select [Control Panel], [System and
Security], and then [Allow a program through Windows Firewall].
If the User Account Control dialog box appears, click the [Continue] button.

Turn off password-protected sharing (Windows 10
only)
If it is not possible to access the shared folder that you specified, the settings for operating system may be changed.
Follow the steps below to confirm and change the settings.

Right-click [Start] button and select [Settings].

Select [Network & Internet].

Select [Sharing options].

Select [Turn on network discovery] in [Network discovery].
