1. Dirty or flawed drum.
2. Deformed or worn cleaning blade.
3. Dirty fixing unit separator.
(10)Image blurs. Causes
1. Deformed press roller.
2. Abnormal paper transport drive.
Perform drum surface refreshing. (See page 1-4-6.) If the drum is
flawed, replace the process unit.
Replace the process unit.
Clean the fixing unit separator. (See page 1-6-23.)
Replace the press roller. (See page 1-6-22.)
Check the drive unit and each gear, and grease them.
(11)Image is displaced
toward the rear side
of paper.
Causes
1. Defective installation or operation of feed
clutch, MP tray feed clutch or registration
clutch.
2. Defective engine/high voltage PWB.

1. Defective installation or operation of feed
clutch, MP tray feed clutch or registration
clutch.
2. Defective engine/high voltage PWB.
Check the installation conditions or operation of each clutch. If any
clutch malfunctions, replace it.
Replace the engine/high voltage PWB. (See page 1-6-26.)
