Verifying Job Log
Perform the following procedure to verify the history of both print jobs and scan jobs.
Note All information on the history of print jobs and scan jobs are deleted when the machine is turned off.

Press the Status/Job Cancel key. The Status Menu screen is displayed.

Press the S key or the T key to select Print Job
Log and press the Enter key. The Print Job Log
screen, which shows a log of previous jobs, will be
displayed.
Example If the job log is not displayed in the Print Job Log
screen, there is no available information on job history.
Press the right select key.

Press the S key or the T key to select the job whose
status you want to check and press the Enter key. The
Detail screen is displayed.

Check the displayed information for that job. You can
also switch the screen to display other job log
information for that print job by pressing the S key or
the T key.
