1 Paper Handing — This item shows the current paper size and media type settings that have
been made for the cassette(s) and MP tray.
2 Copying — This item shows the current quality and continuous copy settings that have been
made in relation to the copying functions of this machine.
3 Printing — This item shows the current resolution, ecoprint, and KIR mode settings that have
been made in relation to the printing functions of this machine.
4 Scanner — This item shows the current file name, file format, resolution, and quality mode
settings that have been made in relation to the scanning functions of this machine.
5 Hardware Setting — This item shows the current sleep mode and form feed time out settings
that have been made in this machine.
6 Options Status — This item shows the options installed in the machine.
7Memory — This item shows:
• Standard memory in the machine
• Option memory slot status machine in kirobytes
• Total memory in the machine
8 Network status — This item shows TCP/IP, the IP address, subnet mask address, default
gateway address, DHCP, appletalk, and printer name for the network interface in the machine.
9Emulation — This item shows all available emulations of the machine. The PCL6 emulation is
set as default when the machine is shipped from the factory.
10 Total Printed Page/Total Scanned Page — This item shows the total number of prints and
scans made.
11 Toner Gauge — This item shows the amount of remaining toner.
