Setting the limit for the ejection section of the built-in finisher
Description
If the machine is equipped with an optional built-in finisher, this mode sets whether A5R/B5R/5 1/2" x 8 1/2"
size paper is output to the machine eject tray or not.
Purpose
If the machine is equipped with an optional built-in finisher and if paper jams occur due to curling of paper in
the built-in ejection section when two-sided copying onto A5R/B5R/5
1/2" x 8 1/2" size paper is performed, this
mode is used to change the setting to ON to disable ejection to the machine eject tray.
Setting
1. Press the start key.
2. Select ON or OFF.
Initial setting: OFF
3. Press the start key. The setting is set.
Completion
Press the stop/clear key. The screen for selecting a maintenance item No. is displayed.

Checking the operation of the DP motors
Description
Turns the motors and solenoids in the optional DP on.
Purpose
To check the operation of the DP motors or solenoids.
Method
1. Press the start key.
2. Select the item to be operated.
3. Press the start key. The operation starts.
4. To stop operation, press the stop/clear key.
Completion
Press the stop/clear key when operation stops. The screen for selecting a maintenance item No. is displayed.

DP RJ SOL Switchback feedshift solenoid (SBFSSOL) is turned on.
DP RP SOL Switchback pressure solenoid (SBPSOL) is turned on.
