Checking/clearing the service call counts
Description
Displays or clears the service call code counts by types.
Purpose
To check the service call code status by types. Also to clear the service call code counts after replacing con-
sumable parts.
Method
1. Press the start key.
2. Select the item. The screen for executing is displayed.
Method: Displays/clears the service call counts
1. Select [COUNT]. The count for service call detection by type is displayed.
2. Change the screen using the * or # keys.
3. Select the counts for all service call codes and press the reset key.
4. Press the start key. The count is cleared.
The individual counter cannot be cleared.
5. To return to the screen for selecting an item, press the stop/clear key.
Method: Displays the total service call counts
1. Select [TOTAL COUNT]. The total number of service call counts by type is displayed.
2. Change the screen using the * or # keys.
The total number of service call count cannot be cleared.
3. To return to the screen for selecting an item, press the stop/clear key.
Completion
Press the stop/clear key. The screen for selecting a maintenance item No. is displayed.

Description
Displays the counts of optional DP or finisher.
Purpose
To check the use of optional DP and finisher.
Method
1. Press the start key.
2. Select the device, the count of which is to be checked. The count of the selected device is displayed.
