4-18 OPERATION GUIDE
1 Perform sub address transmission. (Refer to page 4-50.)
2 Use memory forwarding to forward received originals to multiple fax
machines.
3 Each forwarding destination receives the fax.
Registration of Forwarding Settings (Forward All)
To set memory forwarding, use the following procedure.
NOTE: To perform forwarding settings for each reception requirement,
refer to Registration of Forwarding Settings (for Each Requirement) on
page 4-20.
To change the entry contents, follow the same operation.

Press the System Menu key.

Press [FAX/i-FAX], and then [Next] of Forward Setting.

Press [Use Requirements for All RX].

Press [Next] of
Forward Setting.

Press [Change] of Forward Destination.

Set the Forwarding
Destination. Select
the other party by
pressing one of the
following keys, and
press [OK] to add the
other party to the list.
