File Format Setting
If you are sending the file as an E-mail attachment or transferring it to a
folder (SMB or FTP), select PDF or TIFF as the file format.

Follow steps 1 to 4 of Registration of Forwarding Settings (Forward All) on
page 4-18.

Press [Change] of File Format.

Press [PDF] or [TIFF], and then [OK].

Press [OK].

Press [OK].

To exit from this setup, press [Close] several times until the System Menu
default screen is displayed.
File Separation Setting
If you are sending the file as an E-mail attachment or transferring it to a
folder (SMB or FTP), you can choose whether the pages are separated.

Follow steps 1 to 4 of Registration of Forwarding Settings (Forward All) on
page 4-18.

Press [Change] of File Separation.

Press [Off] or [Each Page], and then [OK].

Press [OK].

Press [OK].

To exit from this setup, press [Close] several times until the System Menu
default screen is displayed.
Print Setting
You can set whether the machine should print received originals when
forwarding them. You can select either 1 or 2 as the number of copies.

Press [Change] of Print.

Press [On] or [Off].
If you selected [On], press [+] or [-] to set the number of copies.
