(5-2) Adjusting the position of the ISU
Caution:
• Before making the following adjustment, output a 1 DOT-LINE PG pattern in
maintenance item U089 to use as the original for the adjustment.
• Adjust the pin at the machine front only and never touch the one at the machine
rear.
<Procedure>
Refit the contact glass.
Remove the contact glass and adjust
the lateral squareness of the ISU by
rotating the pin.
For copy example 1, rotate the pin
in the direction of the black arrow
(\).
For copy example 2, rotate the pin
in the direction of the white arrow
(e).
