• Correction based on the total drive motor time
The toner feed start level is also corrected based on the total time the drive motor (DM)
has been on from execution of maintenance item U130, so that the toner sensor output
is regulated properly.

A When maintenance item U130 is carried out for initial developer setting, the total drive
motor time is cleared and the correction for the toner feed start level is reset to 0.
B When the total drive time reaches 10 hours, the toner feed start level is corrected with
a constant value of 0.24 V.
C When the total drive time reaches 30 hours, the toner feed start level is corrected with
a constant value of 0.36 V.
D When the total drive time reaches 50 hours, the toner feed start level is corrected with
a constant value of 0.46 V.
E When the total drive time exceeds 150 hours, the toner feed start level is corrected with
a constant value of 0.76 V.
