1. Install the optional devices (duplex unit, job
separator, built-in finisher and/or fax kit etc.)
as necessary.
1. Open the front cover.
2. Hold the toner container vertically and tap
the upper part five times or more.
Turn the toner container upside down and
tap the upper part five times or more.

3. Shake the toner container up and down five
times or more.
Turn the toner container upside down and
shake it five times or more.

4. Shake the toner container approximately
five times in the horizontal direction to stir
toner.
