Defective PCB’s being returned within the 3-Year warranty period must be returned to the Kyocera
Document Solutions Canada National Return Centre utilizing the Parts Warranty Registration & Return
System on KDAconnect. Print out the Return Authorization form obtained through the system and return it
with the Circuit Board for Credit. Any associated mounting brackets, hardware, system software and
original packaging must be included with the claim. Credit will then be issued to your account.
For defective PCB’s out of warranty, a Repair PCB must be ordered from the Parts Distribution Centre.
The dealer will be charged 100% of the New PCB price. The defective PCB can be returned using the
Online Repair Board Form within 30 days of the Repair PCB invoice date. Upon receipt of the defective
PCB at the Kyocera Document Solutions Canada National Return Centre, the dealer will be credited 55%
of the New PCB price. If a New PCB is ordered instead of a Repair PCB, credit will not be issued for the
returned defective PCB.
