E-mail Subject/Body
When sending E-mail, enter the subject and body of the E-mail.
Use the procedure below to enter the subject and body for an E-mail message and then send the E-mail.
1 Press the Send key.
2 Place the originals on the platen.
3 Press [Advanced Setup] and then [E-mail Subject/
Body].
4 Press [Subject].
5 Enter the subject, and press [OK].
NOTE: Up to 60 characters can be entered for the
subject.
6 Press [Body].
7 Enter the body and press [OK].
NOTE: Up to 500 characters can be entered for the
body.
8 You can press [Body 1], [Body 2], or [Body 3] to
enter stored text for the body text.
NOTE: For details on registering templates, refer to
E-mail Subject/Body on page 9-29.
9 Press [OK].
10 Specify the destination, and press the Start key to
start sending.
