Choosing from the Destination History
If you send a document with this machine, the address will be saved in the history. You can select and address
from the Destination History.

In the basic screen for sending, select [Dest. History].

Select the destinations.
Select an address from the list displayed.
Select [ ] to display the detailed information of the destination.

Select [OK].
Checking and Editing Destinations
Check and edit a selected destination.

Select [ ] to display a destination list.
•Select [ ] (information icon) to check the destination.
•Select [ ] (edit icon) to edit the destination.
•Select [ ] (delete icon) to remove the destination from the list.

NOTE
• When selecting [On] for Entry Check for New Destination, the confirmation screen
appears. Enter the same FAX No. and sub address again, and select [OK].
