Put back the lock lever [A] to original position (Screw x1: M3x6TP).

Put back the rear upper cover to the original position (Screw x9). Screw was removed
in step 12.

Check distortion of DE-9100 and main unit. Set the units as deference between [A]
and [B] has to be within 1 mm.
