The main unit setup procedure > Adjustment

U469 Head top timing adjustment. (If it is necessary to adjust.)

Set the maximum sized paper such as over A3/Ledger paper.

Select [Head Top Timing] in U469 Adj Cor Reg.

Select [Print] and press [Start] key.
Print head lead edge timing adjustment chart is output.

Check number or alphabet that match with *V-1, *V-2 for each color.
Observe with magnifier since the image is too small.

Select [Regist] and pressing each item cursors to change the setting value.
NOTE
In case if Yellow color is not visible on the chart, copy the chart by the following procedure.
[Color/Image quality] > [Hue Adjust] > select [Individual] > select [Yellow] of Hue circle and shift to “Red” side 3
times and then press [OK] to make copy.
[Yellow] section becomes [Green] so that judge with that condition.
Distinguish the line formed by [Cyan] color within [Green] color ([Green] color is formed the image by
overlapping [Yellow] ink and [Cyan] ink).
In this case, the color registration of [Cyan] should be adjusted beforehand that [Cyan] should be no color
registration.
Or, using the UV light (Black light) sold commercially available in the market which makes easier to view Yellow.
