Exporting of the Paper Catalog starts.
When an error code appears during processing, take action by referring the table below.
When exporting is complete, "Completed"appears.

Display the screen.
[Home] key > [USB Drive]

Select [Remove USB].
Select [OK], and remove the USB drive after "USB Drive can be safely removed." is displayed.
Importing Paper Catalog
Use the following procedure to import the exported Paper Catalog to another machine.

Insert the USB drive to the machine > select [Yes]
Insert the USB drive to the USB drive slot of the machine.
The current size is marked with an asterisk (*).
Do not remove the USB drive until the export is complete. Data or USB drive may be
damaged.
Error code Description Action
e0001 Error in processing
communication.
Remove the USB drive, turn off and
on the machine, and then insert the
USB drive. Wait at least 5 seconds
after turning off the power before
turning it on.
If the problem is not resolved,
change to the another USB drive.
e0002 File access error (Access failure
to USB drive etc.).
e0100 to eFFFF Processing error during import/
export.
