Destination Search
Destinations registered in the Address Book can be searched. Advanced search by type or by
initial letter is also available.
The steps for performing each type of search are as follows.
Filter
Select [E-mail], [Folder], or [Group]. Stored destinations of the selected type are displayed.
Search (No.)
With [Search (No.)] displayed, select the entry box. Enter the address number you want to
find, and select [ ] (search icon).
Search (Name)
With [Search (Name)] displayed, select the entry box. Enter the name you want to find, and
select [ ] (search icon).

Accept the destination > [OK]
Destinations can be changed later.
Keys used Search type Subjects searched
1 Filter Advanced search by type of registered destination
(E-mail, Folder, or Group).
You can set this function up so that destination types
are selected when the address book is displayed.

2 Search (No.) Search by registered address number.
Search (Name) Advanced search by initial letter of registered name.

• To delete the destination, select [ ] > [ ] (delete icon) for the destination you want to
delete > [Delete]
• You can set the default sort setting of the address for the address book.
