Device Status
Configure the devices/lines installed or connected to this machine or check their status.

Display the screen.
Select [Device Information] key.

[More (Detail)] > Check device information
The items you can check are described below.
Identification/Wired Network
You can check ID information such as the model name, serial number, host name and
location, and the IP address of the wired network.
Supplies/Paper
You can check the remaining amount of ink, and paper.

USB/Bluetooth
You can check the connection status of USB Drive or Bluetooth.
•Select [Format] for "USB Drive" to format external media.
•Select [Remove] for "USB Drive" to safely remove the external media.
Option/Ext. Function
You can check information on the options and extended functions that are used.
Capability/Version
You can check the software version and performance.
Report
You can print various reports and lists.
You can also select [Device Information] on the taskbar to display the Device Information
screen.
When [Format] is selected, all data in the external media is erased.
