Regular Maintenance
Clean the machine regularly to ensure optimum printing quality.
Cleaning Glass Platen
Wipe the inside of the document processor and the glass platen with a soft cloth dampened with alcohol or mild
detergent.
Cleaning inside of the Document Processor and Slit
Glass
Clean the dual scanning unit with the supplied cleaning cloth.

Remove the cloth from the cleaning cloth compartment.
For safety, always unplug the power cord before cleaning the machine.
Do not use thinner or other organic solvents.
Do not use thinner or other organic solvents.
Soiling of the slit glass and the reading guide may cause appearance of black lines on the paper stack.
