Cleaning the Slit Glass on the Conveyance Path
If paper dust accumulates on the slit glass on the conveyance path, the following message will appear on the Operation
Panel.
"Clean the slit glass on the conveyance path."
Leaving the slit glass uncleaned may cause the following problems to occur.
• Paper shifts out of center position
• Misdetection of the paper size (paper size mismatch error)
• Soiling of the inside of the machine due to ink discharge onto the print conveyance belt.
Follow the steps below to wipe off paper dust.

Open Front Cover 1 and 2.

Remove the glass cleaner from Front Cover 1.
