Fax receipt can also be notified by e-mail instead of checking the receipt result report.

Display the screen.
[System Menu/Counter] key > [▲] [▼] key > [Report] > [OK] key > [▲] [▼] key >
[Result Rpt Set.] > [OK] key > [▲] [▼] key > [FAX RX Result] > [OK] key

Configure the function.
1 Select [On] or [Error/SubAddress].
2 [OK] key > [E-mail] > [OK] key.

Select the destination.
Select from the address book
1 [▲] [▼] key > [Address Book] > [OK] key
2 Select the destination.
3 Select the [OK] key.
NOTE
This setting is displayed when the FAX RX Result Report setting is [On] or [Error/
SubAddress].

If the setting is [Error/SubAddress], E-mail notification is provided when an error occurs or
a sub-address fax is received.
NOTE
If [Off] is selected, there is no notification of the results of transmissions received.
NOTE
If [Report Print] is selected, the results of the transmissions received are printed.
