Using Convenient Fax Functions > Forward Settings
Entering Forwarding Destination Directly
1 [▲] [▼] key > [Register] > [OK] key > [▲] [▼] key > [Address Entry] > [OK] key
2 [FAX], [E-mail], [Folder(SMB)] or [Folder(FTP)] > [OK] key
3 Enter the address to be registered as a forwarding destination.
4 Select the [OK] key.
Changing Registration Contents

Display the screen.
1 [System Menu/Counter] key > [▲] [▼] key > [FAX] > [OK] key > [▲] [▼] key >
[Reception] > [OK] key > [▲] [▼] key > [Forward Settings] > [OK] key > [▲] [▼] key >
[Forward Dest.] > [OK] key > [▲] [▼] key > [Confirmation] > [OK] key
2 Check the destination you want to change.
3 Select the [OK] key.

Edit the destination.
1 [▲] [▼] key > [Detail/Edit] > [OK] key
2 Repeat the entry of the forwarding destination information.
3 Select the [OK] key.
Deleting Registration Contents
