Assembly Instructions

Position Cart Bed

Turn the cart bed upside down on the shipping carton.

Install Front Axle

Attach the front axle to the front bed studs using two washers and two nuts.

Install Steering Link

Bolt the steering link between the ends of the front axle using two small bolts, washers, and nuts.

Install Axle Support

Secure the axle support to the mid bed stud with a washer and nut.

Install Steering Yoke

Bolt the yoke to the axle pin and the steering link, allowing for steering.

Install Rear Axle

Attach the rear axle to the bed studs and secure the axle support.

Install Wheels

Slide wheels onto axles and secure each with a lock washer, large washer, and cap nut.

Install Handle

Install the handle and plastic coupling to the yoke using a long bolt, washer, and nut.

Install Fences

Turn cart onto wheels and install side, front, and back fences using hinge pins.

Install Lock Handles

Install left and right lock handles for the fences.
