What to do if VIALMIX®RFID stops during activation cycle for Lantheus Medical Imaging VIALMIX RFID Medical Equipment?

If the VIALMIX®RFID stops during the activation cycle, it could be due to several reasons. First, it may be because the cover was opened or the STOP button was pressed during the activation cycle. In this case, do not attempt to use the DEFINITY® vial since it was not properly activated and do not open the cover during activation unless you need to press the STOP button. Second, an error might have occurred during the activation cycle. In such case, do not use the DEFINITY® vial, and retain the vial and call Lantheus Medical Imaging. Finally, the fuse might be blown, so do not use the DEFINITY® vial and call Lantheus Medical Imaging.
