2. Installation
1.Precast installation base according to the dimension of installation diagram at
theplace of ordered position. Then install the filtration unit after it is solidified.
2. Inspect the filtration unit, clean up the installation base and adjust benchmark
before installation.
3. Rated Volt: AC220-240V Frequency: 50Hz.
4. Make sure all the electrical equipments connected with leakage circuit breaker
x1.5mm? separate cable for submersible pump before installation (Racurrent is
32A, rated operating current is not more than 30mA. Operating break time is
less than 0.1 second).
5. The size of pre-casted copper cable between electrical control box and loading
junction box meets (GB) 3x4mm?, and 3x1.5mm2 separated cable for
submersible pump, the length is not more than 20m.
6. Place the filtration unit in proper position according to the installation diagram
Using gradienter to adjust the levelness, to make sure the tolerance less than
2 mm. Set filling pieces to regulate the horizontal if it is not in level.
7. install water pipe, drain pipe and cable pipe according to installation diagram.
Controller must be installed where is moisture proof and water proof. All wire
connection must be done by electrician according to manual.
8.The connection part of filter and pool wall is filled with cement and sealed with
sealant,
9. Pave the stone based on the whole structure of pool after installation.
10. The electric control box must be installed at the ventilated place, avo
sunshine and far from chemical glass, and 3 meters away from water to make
sure safety.
If it is instalied outdoor, please make sure the control box waterproof and
rainproof.
