Adjusting the contour:
A simple turn is all it takes to adjust every
support profile in three stages (apart from
the shoulder zone). On delivery, all support
profiles are adjusted to the flat position (soft).
Adjusting without load: we recommend that
you use the supplied adjusting tool, and that
you hold the double section firmly with your
second hand.
Please note the turning direction:
always turn from the outside to the
inside, as shown in the drawing.
You can hear the stage engage.
To return to the flat position, continue turning
the support profile in the same direction.
When adjusting the contour, please note:
It is possible to change the stiffness thanks
to the oval cross-section of the turning sup-
port profiles.
These offer a wide adjusting range in the
three stages. In other words, when turned
upright the support profile offers approx.
1.9x stiffness. Depending on the type of
mattress being used, this will become appa-
rent after lying on the bed for a longer peri-
od of time. If the setting is firmer than you
want, simply select a softer setting.
Each of the two support profiles in each
double section can be set differently for fine
adjustment to the body contour.
You will find the right setting for you by trial
and error: whatever feels pleasant to you is
good and correct.
Spring blocks:
Use the spring blocks (FB) to adjust your
bed system to your individual needs.
In addition, the spring travel limiters (FWB)
can be inserted for fine tuning. Simply insert
them and test the system: whatever feels
pleasant to you is good and correct.
1 set with 2 FB and 4 FWB are included in
the scope of supply of the wing spring sys-
tem. Other spring blocks are available as
accessories.
Installation instructions:
The spring elements are fitted with the small
spring block FB1. Please push this out in
advance inwards and then plug in the spring
block FB (see +). Insert the spring travel
limiter (FWB) as needed (see ++ and +++).
Lattoflex 310 Raised head:
1. Adjust to the required stage.
2. To lower, lift to the top stopper and then
lower again.
Please heed the separate installation
and operating instructions for the sitting
frames from type 360 to 395.
For your safety:
If you remove and destroy any individual
parts by force, plastic pieces may splinter
off and cause injuries.
