Remove
two
mounting bolts attaching fuel
tank bracket to the crankcase.
Electric Start Models:
Disconnect red lead from engine wire har-
ness to starter motor assembly. Remove
electric starter assembly from mower.
Zone Start Models:
Using a piece of rope or spring hook, re-
move brake spring from brake
and
switch as-
sembly as shown.
Remove
two
shoulder bolts securing
brake assembly to engine. Disconnect wire
(s)
from terminals on brake assembly and remove
assembly from engine.
