  If the electric motor stops suddenly during operation: * Lower the booms using the emergency lowering procedure. * Check that there is power in the mains. * Release any active emergency stop buttons. * Wait approximately 5 minutes and restart the motor, as the thermal overload relay should reset automatically. Identify the cause of the overload. * Replace the fuse. * Check voltages and wirings.

  If the combustion engine doesn't start, possible causes include: the motor being too cold, an empty fuel tank, an empty start battery, a burnt fuse, issues with fuel delivery or air intake, or a broken start button. To resolve this: * Restart the engine, using maximum glow time. * Refill the fuel tank. * Charge or replace the battery. * Replace the fuse. * Check the fuel tank, lines, filter, and pump. * Clean or replace the air filter. * Check the wiring and replace the start button if necessary.

  If the electric motor doesn't start when the start button is pressed, check if the mains cable is connected, the battery is empty, the fuse is burnt, or the start button is broken. Connect the motor to a 230 V / 16 A wall socket. Charge or replace the battery. Replace the fuse. Check the wiring and replace the button if necessary.

  If the engine or motor stops when the booms are lifted from the transport support, it's likely that the outriggers are not correctly deployed to the support position, and the green indicator lamp is not lit. Lower the booms to the transport supports using emergency lowering, restart the engine or motor, and properly deploy the outriggers until the green indicator lights up.

  If the access platform levels the chassis, but the booms are not operational and the green light is blinking, the chassis is likely not leveled due to an issue with the leveling sensor on the chassis. Re-level the access platform and check the level sensor.

  If an outrigger gives in, ensure the ground is stable. It could also be due to air in the outrigger cylinder(s), dirt in the load check valve or a defective valve, or faulty outrigger cylinder seals. Put extra support plates under the outriggers or move the machine. Drive the outriggers up and down a few times. Clean the valve with compressed air; if that doesn’t help, change the valve. Change the cylinder seals.

Why does Leguan L190 Network Hardware platform tilt backward?

  If the platform tilts backward by itself when the booms are down on transport supports, it may be due to air in the hydraulic system, dirt in the load control valve or a defective valve, or faulty cylinder seals. Start the engine or motor and drive the platform to extreme end positions. If this doesn’t help, bleed the air from the platform self-leveling system using the bleeding screws in the self-leveling cylinders. Clean the valve with compressed air; if that doesn’t help, change the valve. Replace the cylinder seals.
