11.3 Manual Control Box
Attention, impact monitor deactivated!
When the machine is operated via the manual control box,
impact monitoring is not active. Operate the machine with
utmost care to prevent major damage.
Use the manual control box exclusively for maintenance
work and fault clearance (e.g. bale jammed).
Daily production with the impact monitor deactivated is not
permissible. Operation of the machine during daily
production is permitted exclusively via the PRO-LINK control
box.

For maintenance work and fault clearance the following
assemblies can be operated manually via the manual control
box:
Emergency stop:
Press button [5].
Swivel bale transfer unit forward and back:
Press button [2] and button [9] simultaneously or press
button [2] and button [10] simultaneously.
Swivel wrapping table forward and back:
Press button [3] and button [9] simultaneously or press
button [3] and button [10] simultaneously.
Move wrapping ring clockwise forward:
Press button [4] and button [9] simultaneously.
(Counterclockwise reversing is impossible.)
Move wrapping ring up and down:
Up: press button [6] and button [9] simultaneously.
Down: press button [6] and button [10] simultaneously.
Open and close film clamping device:
Open: press button [7] and button [9] simultaneously.
Close: press button [7] and button [10] simultaneously.
Open and close film knife:
Open: press button [8] and button [9] simultaneously.
Close: press button [8] and button [10] simultaneously.
