- Connect the hydraulic hose (A, fig. 3) to a single-acting hydraulic
tractor valve with a floating position.
Permitted maximum oil pressure: 21.0 MPa (210 bar).
- Connect the hydraulic hoses (B + C, fig. 3) to a double-acting hy-
draulic tractor valve.
B = pressure line, C = return line.
Permitted maximum oil pressure: 21.0 MPa (210 bar).
- Adjust the support (fig. 4) in such a way that the handles can be
operated from the tractor cabin.
- Insert the plug of the lighting cable into the tractor socket
and check if the lighting is operating correctly.
3 TRANSPORT
After the machine has been adjusted to the transport position, it can
be transported by the tractor. The transport width is approximately
3.0 m.
Put the machine into the transport position as follows:
Pressurise the pressure line of the control block.
Switch the valve or change the insert nipples of the hydraulic
hoses if the hydraulic system does not function in case of any of
the following operations.
Lift the rotor segments from the ground using the handle c
(fig. 5). The intermediate frame will hereby assume a vertical
position.
Using handle e, fold up the outer rotor segments and the four
rear rotor segments.
Using handle d, turn the arms of the lateral rotors forwards.
Using handle c, lower the arms into the locking system.
Depressurise the pressure line of the control block.
The oil pump on certain types of tractors may be damaged if it
is subjected to a maximum load for a prolonged period.
