A OPTIONAL EXTRAS
Spare wheel with support
To enable a flat tyre to be mended quickly in the field, the LOTUS
tedder can be fitted with a support for a spare wheel.
B ADJUSTING THE SUPPORT FRAME
If major adjustments are made to the tedding angle, the support
points of the support frames of both lateral rotor segments of the
machine have to be adjusted to ensure optimal support.
- Adjust the receiving plates on both sides of the machine so that
they rest on the pivot pins properly. They lateral rotors will only
be optimally supported if this is done (fig. B-1).
The receiving plates can be adjusted after the 6 bolts have been
loosened slightly. Tighten the bolts again properly after the ad-
justment.
