Toreplacethepowersupplyassembly,dothefollowing:
1.Turnoffthecomputeranddisconnectallpowercordsfromelectricaloutlets.
2.Removethecomputercover.See“Removingthecomputercover”onpage79.
3.Disconnectthepowersupplyassemblycablesfromalldrivesandfromthe24-pinpowerconnectorand
4-pinpowerconnectoronthesystemboard.See“Locatingpartsonthesystemboard”onpage77.
4.Laythecomputeronitssideandremovethefourscrewsattherearofthechassisthatsecurethe
powersupplyassembly.

7.Installthenewpowersupplyassemblyintothechassissothatthescrewholesinthepowersupply
assemblyalignwiththoseinthechassis.
8.Installandtightenthefourscrewstosecurethepowersupplyassembly.

9.Reconnectthepowersupplyassemblycablestothesystemboardandeachofthedrives.
