DisputeResolution
IfyouacquiredtheproductinCambodia,Indonesia,Philippines,Vietnamor
SriLanka,disputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththiswarrantyshallbe
nallysettledbyarbitrationheldinSingaporeandthiswarrantyshallbegoverned,
construedandenforcedinaccordancewiththelawsofSingapore,withoutregard
toconictoflaws.IfyouacquiredtheproductinIndia,disputesarisingoutof
orinconnectionwiththiswarrantyshallbenallysettledbyarbitrationheldin
Bangalore,India.ArbitrationinSingaporeshallbeheldinaccordancewiththe
ArbitrationRulesofSingaporeInternationalArbitrationCenterthenineffect.
ArbitrationinIndiashallbeheldinaccordancewiththelawsofIndiathenin
effect.Thearbitrationawardshallbenalandbindingonthepartieswithout
appeal.Anyawardshallbeinwritingandsetforththendingsoffactandthe
conclusionsoflaw.Allarbitrationproceedings,includingalldocumentspresented
insuchproceedings,shallbeconductedintheEnglishlanguage,andtheEnglish
