Before installing the drive cage:

To install the drive cage, complete the following steps:
Step 1. Install the backplane or backplate (see “Install the 3.5-inch/2.5-inch hot-swap backplane” on page
59 or “Install the 3.5-inch simple-swap drive backplate” on page 60).
Step 2. Press the drive cage in until the release latch clicks into place.
