QUICK INSTRUCTIONS

MODEL CD-87

POWERING UP

Power your CD player by connecting the AC ADAPTOR or by inserting 2 size “AA” fresh alkaline

batteries.

AC Adaptor Operation

Insert the ADAPTOR’s small connector plug into the DC 4.5V jack (on the right), and plug the

ADAPTOR into an AC outlet.

Battery Operation

1. Open the BATTERY DOOR.

2. Insert 2 size “AA” fresh alkaline batteries as

shown.

NOTE: Player will not work, and batteries will be

drained, if not inserted as shown inside

the BATTERY COMPARTMENT.

3. Close the BATTERY DOOR.

NOTE:If the symbol “ ” shows or flashes in the

display, your batteries are weak and need

replacement.

BASS BOOST

Slide this switch to ON to give you more low frequency tones.

VOLUME CONTROL

Adjust this VOLUME CONTROL to your preference.

PLUGGING IN

Plug the headphones into the PHONES JACK on the

right side of the player, and put on the headphones.

Why is there no sound from my Lenoxx CD-87 CD Player headphones?

  If you're not getting any sound from your headphones with your Lenoxx CD Player, first ensure the headphone plug is fully inserted into the PHONES jack, not the AUX OUT. Also, check that the volume isn't set too low and increase it if necessary. Weak batteries or a defective compact disc can also cause this issue; try replacing the batteries or using the AC adapter and testing with another disc.

  If your Lenoxx CD player isn't turning on, the issue might be dead or weak batteries. Try replacing them with fresh ones. Also, ensure the AC adapter is properly connected both at the AC outlet and to the right side of the CD player.

Why does the sound keep skipping on my Lenoxx CD-87?

  If the sound on your Lenoxx CD Player is skipping or stopping, it could be due to a dirty or scratched disc, or a dirty lens. Try cleaning or replacing the disc, or cleaning the lens. Strong vibrations can also cause this; press the ESP button to activate the ESP PLUS function or place the player on a stable surface.
