protection active (C0142 = 0)
0 0 1 1 Controller inhibited
0 1 1 0 Controller enabled

"message".
1 0 0 0 A monitoring function returns a
"TRIP".
1 0 1 0 A monitoring function returns a
"FAIL−QSP".
0 = FALSE 1 = TRUE
