Before switching on
•
That the drive does not show any visible signs of damage.
•
Is the mechanical xing o.k.?
•
Has the electrical connecon been implemented correctly?
•
Are all rotang parts and surfaces that may become hot protected against contact?
•
Is the featherkey radially secured during the test run without output elements?
•
Have all screwed connecons of the mechanical and electrical parts been ghtened?
•
Is it ensured that the cooling air can be freely supplied and discharged?
•
Has the PE conductor been connected correctly?
•
Have the protecve devices against overheang (temperature sensor evaluaon) been acvated?
•
Is the inverter parameterised correctly for the motor? (See operang instrucons for the inverter)
•
Are the electrical connecons ok?
•
Is the phase sequence of the motor connecon correct?
•
Is a protecon against contact provided in front of rotang parts and in front of surfaces that can get hot?
•
Is the contact of good electrical conducvity if a PE connecon on the motor housing is used?
Before inial switch-on, aer a longer downme or aer overhaul of the motor, check the following:
•
Measure the insulaon resistance; with values ≤1 kΩ per volt of the rated voltage, dry the winding.
