When performing PDS on this vehicle:

• VerifythattheVehicleIdentificationNumber(VIN)onrepairorderandvehiclematch
• Liftvehicleandperformunder-vehiclesafety/damageinspection
• Roadtestvehiclelongenoughtotesthotengine;driveoverroughroad(Bottdots)totestforrattles/squeaks

INSPECTION DETAILS

A. ENGINE COMPARTMENT

Inspect engine compartment for proper condition and fluid levels.

B. LOCKS AND LIGHTS

I. UNDER VEHICLE (SAFETY/DAMAGE)

Inspect undercarriage for damage, leaks, and component tightness.

J. ROAD TEST

Conduct comprehensive road test to check vehicle performance and identify issues.

COMPLETION

PDS CHECK SHEET AND PRODUCT REPORTS

Attach PDS check sheet, printouts, and manage records.

LONG TERM VEHICLE STORAGE GUIDELINES

Refer to TSIB for long-term vehicle storage procedures.
