22. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX ASSEMBLY
a. Detach the 5 claws.
b. Remove the box and then disconnect the connectors.
23. REMOVE DRIVER SIDE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the 5 bolts and driver side knee airbag.
b. Disconnect the connector.
NOTICE:
When handling the airbag connector, take care not to damage the airbag wire
harness.
24. DISCONNECT WIRE HARNESS PROTECTOR AND WIRE HARNESS
a. Detach the 3 claws to disconnect the wire harness protector and wire harness.
