Checkthatthebrakewarninglightgoesoffwhenthe
shiftleverismovedoutof“P”(andgoesbackonwhenit
ismovedinto“P’).
b)Turnautomaticmodeoff:
Withthevehiclestopped,pressandholdtheparking
brakeswitchuntilamessageisshownonthemulti-
 informationdisplay.
c)Manualmode:

Settheparkingbrake
Pullandholdswitchandcheckthattheparkingbrake
indicatorcomeson.
  Releasetheparkingbrake
Operatetheparkingbrakewhiledepressingthebrake
pedalandcheckthattheparkingbrakeindicatorgoes
off.
