by pressing each of the three buttons and
observing that the indicator light illuminates.
Final operational check requires program-
ming.
SAFETY CONNECT®
Inspect the Safety Connect LED (located in
the overhead console) for a green activation
indicator. If green LED is not illuminated,
press the SOS button once, wait for voice
prompt, and press the button again within
5 seconds. If successful, tones will be
heard followed by voice prompt saying
"Activation is complete - Good bye".
Green light will change from off to green
after call has ended. If the green light does
not illuminate, please refer to TIS for
troubleshooting proceedures.

NOTE:
Vehicles may arrive with hanger requesting
inspection to Safety Connect system. If
system is working properly and green
light is illuminated, disregard hanger.

diagnostic system function.
