Using Internet radio
Information such as the song name, co
ver art, and station logo is available for the
track broadcast on the radio while listening to AM/FM. This information can be
retrieved from the Gracenote
®
server via DCM or Wi-Fi
®
and displayed.
When connected to the internet via DCM or Wi-Fi
®
, the broadcast connection
can switch to the internet if the radio signal reception worsens. This enables
continued listening of the same broadcast.
This function is not available in some countries or areas.
INFORMATION
● Not all br
oadcasting stations are necessarily supported.
● Internet radio can be received when the radio signal reception deteriorates.
● When using the Internet radio, the broadcast switches to the analog broadcast auto-
matically once the radio signal has been receivable for a certain continuous period.
● To use the internet radio function, the setting's [Enable hybrid radio] must be turned
on.
● When not using the internet radio, set [Enable hybrid radio] in the settings to off.
● When the signal status worsens, a notification is displayed at the top of the screen. A
switch for switching to internet radio is also displayed.
