1-5. Removing the fuel tank cap
Perform the following steps to remove the fuel tank cap.
■ Before refueling the vehicle
Stop the engine and ensure that all the doors and windows are closed.
■ Removing the fuel tank cap
Push the fuel filler door opener to
open the fuel filler door.
Turn the fuel tank cap slowly to
remove.
Hang the fuel tank cap on the back
of the fuel filler door.
