controller
are for-the
4/20
mADC
and
0-5
VDC
analog
outputs.
In
these
cases, the
output
board must
be
accessrble
for
pot
adjustment
which
cannot
be
done through
the case. A
special
connector
assenrbly
(P/N
345-826)
consisting
of
the
rear
portion
of the case with
terrnrnals
installed
ls
available
for
cali.bratron
and
troubleshooting.

part
from
the
factory
if
needed.
For
calj-bration
and
service
of
older
therrnocouple
input
controllers,
a
cold
junction
compensator
resistor
assembly
(P/U
344-1199)
can
be
ordered from
the
factory
to mount
orrto
the
rear
terminals.
Each
particular
resistor
rnust
stay with
the
controller
as a
set
after
calibration
in
order
to
retain
the
original
caljbratron
accuracy.
Al
l
older
MOD
controllers
are
factory
supplied
wlth
this
assembly.
When
rnodrfying
a MoD
control
ler
for
non-thermocouple
rnput,
this
assembly
must be
removed.
Newer
controllers
have
the
cold
junctlon
compensating
resjstor
rnounted on
the
I/0 board
anrl
this
paragraph
does
not
apply.
